Very nice place! The food was amazing. The short rib was very flavorful and super tender, you can cut it with a spoon. Our waiter was very good and attentive. I definitely recommend!

Took my parents here for dinner while they were visiting the island and we all loved our meals. Also, great pupu deals and music at happy hour. We've eaten at Shearwater a few times at this point and we've never been disappointed. Love the atmosphere and open kitchen.

Loved this atmosphere! Husband got the bone marrow app and shrimp scampi dish loved both. Only 3 shrimp but they were large. And homemade pastaSouthern Fried Chicken was DELICIOUS!!! (And they recently got ranch in stock, so now it's truly southern).

My experience here was great. I came in right about when happy hour ended, but they still discounted everything I ordered which was really nice of them. Happy hour is 2-6PM every day; you get $2 off draft beers & cocktails, and 50% off appetizers and veggies. I got the following: Coconut Girl in a Rye Fashion World ($12; rye, coconut water, house 5 spice syrup, angostura, toasted coconut flakes) - I had low expectations for this drink because in my experience, variations of the old fashioned tend to fall short. I was pleasantly surprised that this was both easy to drink & spirit forward, with the coconut flavor definitely coming through. Crispy Brussel Sprouts ($9.95) - I had to get these since they seem to be their signature item, and I wasn't disappointed. It comes covered in aioli and parmesan with bits of apple & pickled jalapenos. Sounds a little odd but totally worked. If you had to get just one thing, I'd recommend this. Crab Dip ($14.95) - This was pretty good but a little on the salty side. I ran out of the crostinis to dip with, and they were generous enough to bring me out another plate. With happy hour pricing, I paid ~$25 for all of these. Service was friendly and attentive. I'd be back if I'm ever in town again.

We stopped in last night after 10pm because it Was one of The last few places are open late. We were tired and hungry and liked the half off prices for the late night happy hour. I ordered the four cheese pizza and the cookie skillet. They were both delicious! The cookie comes in an iron skillet and it's very hot! So do not touch it lol I wish they were a little bigger. I've been here in the past and I've never been dissatisfied with any of there food. The food is a little pricy so it's best to go when they have specials. The staff is always really friendly and I will definitely be back in the future.
